Trent River Bridge Replacement

Between 2012 and early 2016 NCRR, in partnership with Norfolk Southern, improved the railroad bridge over the Trent River in New Bern. The project, completed in three phases, included reinforcing the steel pipe piles, replacing the bridge deck ties and draw span lift rails, and replacing pile bents.
