These flagging and safety services allow for qualified Roadway Worker-in-Charge (RWIC) and flaggers to ensure safety and coordination during construction, repair, and maintenance projects. The workers are experienced Class I and II railroad industry veterans, trained to offer competitive and readily available services.
Leading the program will be NCRR’s Safety & Compliance, Senior Manager, John Gass. With over three decades of experience in the Class I railroad industry, Mr. Gass is well versed in railroad operations, safety, maintenance, and management. His expertise is particularly valuable in ensuring that NCRR’s safety and compliance standards are implemented and followed effectively.
