The Carolinian and Piedmont Passenger and Freight Improvements Project will bring key upgrades across seven locations including Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Hillsborough, Burlington, and Greensboro. The North Carolina Railroad Company (NCRR) is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) support for three projects. The scope involves:

· Clegg to Cary Siding Extension approximately between Milepost  67-NC and 72-NC;

· Hillsborough Curve Improvements and Siding at Milepost 42-NC;

· Elon Siding at Milepost 18-NC.
